About Andy

Andy is a Robot Technician at Starship Technologies where he helps to keep a fleet of over 250 robots rolling on the streets of Milton Keynes and beyond. Previously, Andy worked in several support and training roles in various industry sectors.

About Anthony

Anthony has 24 years in the creative, digital and marketing sectors. After many years heading up departments in some of the North West's leading agencies across technical, creative and design capacities, Anthony co-founded Mosquito Digital in 2010 to bridge the divide between creative and brand with technical and development - creating a digital-first brand communications agency. A specialist in product design and brand development helping businesses transform and market their brand. Mosquito has been recognised with 50+ awards in the last 5 years, across the UK, Europe and even a global innovation award by Oracle. Anthony is also a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Now ECD to the Phosphor Group housing 7 agencies and 200+ team oversees the creative across many sectors including retail, FMCG, pharmaceutical, aerospace, automotive, agriculture, education, tech, sports, charity. Clients include Horlicks, BBC, Microsoft, ARM, Turtle Wax Inc, Trader Media Group, Government, Cambridge University and STADA Group.

When PJ joined Mindera a little over two years ago, he didn’t expect to be working in a company inspired by Spanish farmers. He also didn’t expect to have no manager, no oversight and no HR department to worry about. What he did find was a radical new take on running a tech company that not only works but appears to be producing amazing, happy developers and a growth rate most companies can only dream of. If there’s no-one to say ‘no’ to you, what prevents chaos?

About PJ

PJ is a software engineer, writer and self-confessed Enigma geek. He was a tour guide at Bletchley Park for many years and volunteers at The National Museum of Computing, which you should totally visit.

We’ll strip things right back to the building blocks of digital visual content and explore some of the things we can do when we think of images as data.

There will probably be some demos, maths and maybe some time warping 🕺.
